Fake Menstruation for Sissies: Fake Period for 4 days




PERIOD SURPRISE.  This fantasy is of a short but sudden period. 


Be EXTRA CAREFUL WITH THIS RECIPE.  This recipe requires you to take over the counter medication.

Day 1.

Period got you by surprise so...
  • Once you reach home.
    • Take 3 feminine laxatives immediately.
    • Drink a large 32 oz of water every hour until 9:00 PM. 
    • Put a Sanitary Napkin in your panties right away. 
    • You will accept a full enema and refill each time you go to the bathroom
    • Your nipples must swell! Attach Clothes pins for 15 minutes every hour until 11:00 PM
    • Take 3 table spoons of Castor Oil before going to bed.
    • Take 2 feminine laxatives before going to bed.
 Day 2.
  • During the Day
    • Eat Light or whatever you desire.
    • Drink 16 oz.s of Water every hour.
    • Normal Eating Habits today
    • Wear a Sanitary Napkin to work
  • Morning
    • Wake up at 5:00am
    • Accept 12 oz of Lemon Juice in lieu of enema fluid – Hold to bursting.
    • Take a tablespoon of Castor Oil with your breakfast
  • Evening
    •  Accept 2 Quarts in lieu of enema fluid – at night – Hold or let it leak it out through the night. If you go to the Ladies Room replenish.
    •  Use maxi pads or Overnight pads for tonight.
    • Attach clothes pins for 15 minutes before going to sleep.
    • Take 2 feminine laxatives before going to bed. 
Day 3

Cramps are stopping
  • During the Day
    • Eat Light or whatever you desire.
    • Drink 8 oz.s of Water every hour.
    • Normal Eating Habits today
    • Wear tampons all day.
    • Stop Castor Oil and Feminine Laxatives
  • Evening
    • Accept 2 Quarts in lieu of enema fluid – at night –do not hold.
    • Wear a Sanitary Napkin
    • Do not attach Clothes pins.
Day 4

Last Day.
  • During the Day
    • Normal Eating Habits today
    • Wear a light sanitary napkin
    • Drink water as you wish.

As a sissy I love to fake my period.  I am presenting here one of the most intense period recipe. What do you need for this procedure:
  1. Pads (Maxi and Overnight)
  2. Tampons
  3. Feminine Laxatives
  4. Castor Oil 
  5. 3 bottles of 16 oz. Mineral Oil or Vegetable Oil
  6. 8 oz. of Corn Syrup
  7. Tabasco sauce
  8. Clothes pins
  9. Water (lots of water)
  10. Tomato Soup
  11. Tomato Juice
  12. Lemons
  13. Baby Formula
  14. Baby Cereal


And now the daily planer.

DAY 1

Prepare for your Menstrual Bloating
  • Through the day
    • You should follow normal eating habits for today.
    • Drink 3 Gallons of Water today through the day. This will mimic Menstrual Bloating.
    • You should wear maxi pads for the day changing if necessary.
  • Morning
    • Take 2 Feminine Laxatives
  • Lunch
    • You should follow normal eating habits.
  • Evening
    • Take 2 Feminine Laxatives
    • Accept 12 oz of Lemon Juice in lieu of enema fluid – at night – Hold to bursting.
    • Attach clothes pins on your nipples for 15 minutes before going to sleep.
    • Douse nipples with Tabasco sauce once before going to bed.

DAY 2

First day of very bad period.
  • Through the Day
    • Drink 2 Gallons of Water today. This will continue Menstrual Bloating.
    • You are allowed to pee 8 times per day.  Every time you go to pee drink a 12 oz glass of water.  Keep record in a girly diary every time yo go.  MUST PEE LIKE A GIRL (SIT TO PEE).
    • Attach clothespins each time you are in the bathroom (keep record).
  • Morning 
    • Take 2 feminine Laxatives (try it with empty stomach).
    • Douse nipples with Tabasco sauce once + Clothes pins on nipples for 15 minutes
    • Accept 12 oz of Lemon Juice in lieu of enema fluid – in morning – Hold to bursting - at least 15 minutes before you get out of bed. It is normal for a girl with her “Period” to have early morning cramping.
    • 2 Tablespoons of Castor Oil 
    • Baby cereal and 8 oz formula for Breakfast (add a teaspoon of castor oil) 
    • Sissy should wear maxi pad for day (no tampon)
  • Lunch and Snack
    • Tomato Soup for Lunch.
    • Drink a 12 oz Glass of Tomato Juice for a snack before bed.
  •  Once you reach home (Afternoon Session).
    • Accept a one 2 Quart Enema for one hour and replenish if you go to toilet. (Immediately when you get home from work) 
    • Wear a tampon for 4 hours when you get home
  • Meal
    • Baby cereal and 8 oz formula for Dinner (add a teaspoon of castor oil)
    • 2 Tablespoons of Castor Oil 
    • Douse nipples with Tabasco sauce once + Clothes pins on nipples for 15 minutes
  • Before Bed
    • Accept a 16 oz of warm Mineral Oil (or Vegetable Oil) in lieu of enema fluid just before you go to bed – Most hold or let it leak out slowly during the night. You can not change your pad for at least 4 hours.
    • Wear an Overnight pad at night.- changing as necessary, but at least every 4 hours

DAY 3

Sames as Day 2

DAY 4

Same as Day 3.

DAY 5

Your Period is finally slowing down. Be happy. Cramping begins to slow down, but bleeding continues.

  • Through the Day
    • Do not drink the 2 gallons of water today.  Stop the Bloating
  • Morning
    • Baby cereal and 8 oz formula for Breakfast
  • Lunch and Snack
    • Tomato Soup
  •  Once you reach home (Afternoon Session).
    • Wear a tampon for 4 hours when you get home
  • Evening
    • Baby cereal and 8 oz formula for Dinner
    • Accept a 8 oz of warm Corn Syrup and 2 oz of water in lieu of enema fluid just before you go to bed – Most hold or let it leak out slowly during the night
    • Wear an Overnight pad at night.- changing as necessary, but at least every 4 hours
DAY 6

Final Day
  • Through the day
    • Follow normal eating habits.
    • You should wear maxi pad for day
  •  Once you reach home (Afternoon Session).
    • Wear a tampon for 4 hours when you get home
  •  Evening
    • Wear an Overnight pad at night.- changing as necessary, but at least every 4 hours

Bikini Contest 1
